On this International Women's Day, and in celebrating the Triple Goddess, we are celebrating the Mother!
The Mother celebrates maternal instincts, a heightened intuition, the gaining of wisdom, the beauty of embracing her values, learning more about her Craft, and having the strength to care for her family and friends with their health and wellbeing, while still maintaining her own physical, emotional, and mental self.
While the Mother is experiencing this part of life, she is also experiencing what caregiving and nurturing feels like.
The Mother is in her "rooting" stage; a stage which begins to teach her that life does start to go full circle, just as a plant in her garden. The Mother embraces this stage not with fear, but instead with determination. Her strength is heightened to a place she did not think existed. As with the Maiden, this stage will not only truly show the Mother the way, but will show it to her with importance of staying true to herself. This "way" of her heart and soul will now become her foundation.
On this International Women's Day, we celebrate the Mother!
