There are moments along a journey when you stop, look back, and realize just how far you have come.

Reaching the 100th episode of the Three Moons Three Souls Podcast is one of those moments.

When this podcast began, I knew that I wanted to create something meaningful. I wanted to build a space where people could sit down, share their stories, speak openly about their journeys, celebrate their accomplishments, talk about the challenges they had overcome, and perhaps inspire someone listening who needed to hear exactly what they had to say.

What I could not have imagined was just how extraordinary this journey would become.

And now, here we are.

100 episodes.

One hundred opportunities to connect.

One hundred opportunities to listen.

One hundred opportunities to learn, laugh, reflect, celebrate, and sometimes even shed a few tears.

Most importantly, they have been 100 opportunities to remind people that their stories matter.

It Was Never Just About a Podcast

From the very beginning, Three Moons Three Souls has always been about something bigger.

It has been about connection.

It has been about community.

It has been about creating a place where people feel welcomed, respected, celebrated, and heard.

Over the course of these 100 episodes, I have had the privilege of sitting across from so many incredible people. Entrepreneurs, authors, artists, healers, creators, business owners, spiritual practitioners, dreamers, community builders, and individuals who simply had a powerful story to share.

Every guest brought something different to the conversation.

Every guest taught me something.

Every guest left a little piece of their story with us.

And I am incredibly grateful for every single one of them.

The heart of the Three Moons Three Souls Podcast has always been the conversations themselves—the moments when an interview stops feeling like an interview and simply becomes two people talking, connecting, laughing, remembering, and sharing.

Those are the moments I treasure most.

Perhaps one of the most exciting things about reaching Episode 100 is knowing that it doesn't feel like an ending.

It feels like a beginning.

Three Moons Three Souls has grown tremendously since our podcast first began, and with that growth have come new ideas, new opportunities, new divisions, new creative projects, and an even bigger vision for the future.

But no matter how much Three Moons Three Souls grows, the podcast will always hold a very special place in my heart.

It is where conversations become connections.

Where strangers can become friends.

Where small businesses can introduce themselves to new audiences.

Where women can share their journeys.

Where creativity is celebrated.

Where difficult chapters can become stories of strength.

And where we are reminded, again and again, of how much we can learn from one another when we simply take the time to listen.

Celebrating Episode 100 With Fernberry Collective

It feels especially meaningful that this milestone will be shared with Cara from Fernberry Collective, joining us for a special two-part conversation beginning August 11, 2026, with Part Two continuing on August 18, 2026.

There is something beautifully fitting about celebrating our 100th episode through another heartfelt conversation—because conversations have always been at the centre of what we do.

Episode 100 isn't about creating something completely different from everything that came before it.

It is about celebrating exactly what brought us here:

Authentic stories. Meaningful conversations. Community. Connection.

Here's To The Next 100

Today, I find myself thinking about that very first episode and the woman behind the microphone who had no idea where this journey would lead.

If I could tell her anything, I think I would simply say:

Keep going.

Keep having the conversations.

Keep believing in the vision.

Keep opening the door for people to tell their stories.

Keep building the community.

Keep dreaming bigger.

Because one day, you are going to look up and realize that you have reached 100 episodes.

And somehow, it will feel like you are only getting started.
